A development site opportunity with main road frontage at Baulkham Hills in Sydney’s rapidly growing north-western corridor, currently undergoing a major gentrification process in line with high levels of infrastructure spending by the NSW government, is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial NSW.

Mr Timbrell, the lead agent for the recent sale of 91 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills, said there is strong demand for land subdivision sites in the Hills District, with many developers looking past unit sites in fear of saturation to the market place.
