BrandData is a digital media ranking system for over 5,000 brands in Australia, studying followers and engagement measures such as likes, retweets, comments and shares across most social channels, also analysing the performance of different real estate brands and franchises. Here is how BrandData ranks the top 20 in property services as at 4 September 2016.

At the overall top of the table, this week is the Ray White Group whose engagement on their website as well as Youtube has pushed them into the top place. The brand with the best engagement this week on Facebook and Instagram is Marshall White. Most engaged on Twitter is Queensland property management group Rental Express (ranked 13th overall this week).
