Zed Nasheet of LJ Hooker Hampton Park has released a television commercial to advertise the importance getting the right agent to sell your home.
Nasheet who recently applied to be recognised as the world’s fastest-selling agent by the Guinness World of Records after selling a Melbourne property in January for under 15 minutes, said the 30-second commercial would be aired on Channel 7 and Channel 10 in Melbourne only for the next six weeks.
The first advertisement will be aired on March 25 between 11 pm till midnight followed by four screenings daily spread out evenly from 9 am till 10 pm until the arrangement comes to an end.
Nasheet was coy about the cost of the commercial only to say that it ran into the thousands.
On his attempt to be featured in the Guinness World of Records as the world’s fastest-selling agent, Nasheet said the organisation was still accessing his claims.
“I will only know the outcome of that by next month (April),” he said.
